A.I. Stuff

Opus 5.5 just wrote me a browser based GP appraisal form in 14 minutes and burned 157k tokens. It's intended to be form fillable but outputs a more narrative report. Obviously still have to check it for USPAP Compliance and errors, but haven't found any issues yet. Put it all in a git repo with CLAUDE.md. MLS/Public records integration next.

FTR tried this last year with Gpt4.5, Qwen and Sonnet and got nowhere. Things are improving quickly!

Awesome. What dont you like about youre regular GP if anything. Does it have the same capabilities and functions as your software etc? I'd love more than anything to tell Total to pound sand but the overall functionality ie, maps pics saved comments quicklists and such isn't that bad for 700 a year. Mainly, I love to ditch them just bc and who doesn't loathe core logic

Totals base pricing really isn't bad.

If I bail on mortgage lending, there's no need to keep total and could get rid of my W10 vm all together. Honestly, even this rudimentary browser based thing is 100x better than totals GP form so far. Faster and fills what I need rather than having a bunch of blank skipped fields.

It actually works more like a 3.6 report to fill and supposed to print out more narrative style. Haven't gotten there yet, but wonder if 3.6 being live now impacted design decisions made by claude?

Nice. Some guy on FB has a Claude automation for SFREP 3.6 a GP form should be much easier. And thank you for not saying 1-shot it lol I don't know why that irks me but that has to be the gamer bros favorite term du jour to show off what they made on X

Claude can fill out application fields so theoretically should work with total, but not brave enough to turn it lose on my vm's C drive. Right now I'm running claude sandboxed in a separate linux VM
