Yes HE does & certainly will check that out first.
Very ASAP: is to forward all Certmail to my other work email address while I work through best attempts of NOT leaving any CLIENT out while I transition.
AND Yes I agree and will be calling Core'La 'lalogic to see about Billing & Charges & Refunds (IF).
HELPFUL INFO' RECEIVED FROM A La' : We're updating our security standards on all CertMail accounts. Since this may affect you, we wanted to reach out and let you know what actions you need to take now so there's no loss in service.
What does that mean for you?
CertMail servers won't accept unsecured connections after March 31, 2019.
Your email client must use a secure connection to continue receiving email. Click here for step-by-step instructions on how to change your email client to use a secure connection.

What's next for CertMail?
When we released CertMail 18 years ago, it was the best option for hosting your email and using your own domain. Since then, other more robust options have been developed — all having high storage limits and excellent security. With that said, we will be retiring CertMail at the end of 2019 and encourage you to research alternatives now. You can click here for some common email alternatives, as well as tips for switching from CertMail to a modern email host.
i use microsoft for my email and have never had any problems. i pay $12.96 per month for 3 email addresses and the full ms office suite. i bought my domain at godaddy (don't bother with them for your email, their system is crap and easily hacked) and use them to host as well for $8 per month. so all in i spend about $250 a year for everything (initial costs were around $250 with registering the domain for 10 years).
So after a few weeks of surprisingly difficult research I've narrowed my choices down to SiteGround or GreenGeeks for web and email hosting. Both have similar fees, services included and performance (not that a basic appraiser site would require "performance"). SiteGround is more well known and has more plan options, GreenGeeks has better support and user reviews. I actually got into live chats on both sites....SiteGround had me on chat hold forever and contained boilerplate responses......GreenGeek guy was very knowledgeable and actually called me to go over what I needed.
Honestly, there are sooooo many out there it was a PITA to compare them all. Should be pulling the trigger here the next day or two and I will update with how it goes.
