Donna,,, I wasn't raining on you I was AGREEING with you. What I meant was that most everything I look at these days it is a bear finding comps so if it is hard for us it must be impossible for the BPOers. My comment about the deferred were more fully described in the example about the fire in the garage. What I meant is - if they are saying you must do a full appraisal if there is deferred,,,, how would they know there IS deferred if they.. well, in that case, don't even look in the back yard??/ Are the owners gonna TELL them... ha ha
