Awww, now see, you interrupted SANDY's monologue. I was wondering how many consecutive posts in a row SANDY would hit "submit" on before explaining to a different group of appraisers that they don't know what they are doing.

I guess that all of those others that posted earlier that agreed with me(and I named the posts) need some explaining done to them too.
Add you to the list of profilers Stone. Why don't you join the debate Mr. CG? Post something that shows your professional expertise besides poundage in your reports.

I hope those are direct quotes .... Sandy seems to be digging quite a hole here. Soon we will have to cover it up ... at least thats what cats do when the spew the stuff Sandy is spewing.
