Add "No requests for alterations, reconsideration of value, etc. may be considered without written requests."

I think (and hope) we'll be reading lots more stories like this one. In the end, honesty and ethics will prevail. (It may take a while though).

Thought this was interesting:

No doubt these lenders told him that. Yet, when you and I try and make the appraisal subject to ALL FRT rules and regs, they sqawk to high heaven claiming its something else, like a GSE loan or some other silly animal.
