This must be why my favorite client requested copies of past invoices for each appraisal I have performed. They are wanting to keep them in their file (for auditing purposes).

Gee golly whiz, and all this time I thought it was the appraisers who accounted for the huge consumer fees..hmmm. Does this mean all the
AMC's can be sued out of existence ? What a shame.

Forum: It must be noted that the AFL-CIO backs people who serve in public office D or R. They back the candidate who will serve their membership. They back about 30 % Rs and 70% Ds.
Each state configures differently depending who is running. We (appraisers) have the ability to tap into the power of AFL-CIO.
The Guild as an AFL-CIO union will back anyone who will help the appraiser and his/her cause. This has been out policy since our founding. It's what is right, not the party. Don't get hung up with the BS things, and keep the focus of not being flushed down the drain because we can't stand up for our rights.
