Abbreviations In Appraisal Report

I am reviewing an appraisal, and need help on some abbreviations used in the report.

In fence/pool etc the abbrev. WPT is there. What does that mean?

Under appliances:

DW = Dishwasher
HP = ?
DP = ?
Gdo = ?

The following are what I use in the sketch and on page 1.

HP= Heat Pump

Don't know about the others though.

Whirlpool Tub?? That'd be my guess.

DP
I would have said disposal. But that could be Gdo like Pam said.

There are several different ways to tell if the appraisal is a bad appraisal. Seems to me, that if the reader has to second guess what the writer was trying to say, this a bad appraisal.m Sure hope the rest of the report than this.
 
Have you seen anything about an IV yet?

I think that would stand for Inflated Value

Damon, "Inflated Value" is a lender’s term. That is NOT recognized in the appraiser's world. ;) We use "highest and best value" to describe those appraisal practices. :)

X, Y, Z - Pre- 1940 houses with X being the lowest quality and Z being the highest
