Access to Stellar MLS

Good afternoon. I am moving to the Tampa / St. Pete area in a few weeks. My Florida state certification is in hand. I am curious about obtaining access to Stellar MLS. From what i have been told, Stellar is the MLS everyone uses in this market. Do you have to join a real estate association to gain access as an appraiser? Or, does Stellar offer access to data for appraiser via another membership type? Thanks!

You will no doubt have to join a local association to have access to everything. I'm not a fan but it is what our board uses. And I believe Stellar is home to 16 counties now-Gainesville/Alachua County just joined. And welcome to Florida.
