Well.... whadayaknow, the market has spoken. To the second bold, it's already been determined. My guess, since you're holding your cards so close to your chest about all this, is that there's ample public parks to access the waterfront that the planned unit development's private section is not a unique, desired feature.Comparable properties outside the HOA have similar values to those inside the HOA. This leads me to conclude there is no premium assigned to the homeowners investment in the private park system. How would I determine if this is true?
Even though we don't know all the details and circumstances, I don't think that's true.The Board may do all things any other owner would with the land.
