Hello all,
I'm getting a license issue for Apex 6 using my ACI. I called ACI and they told me Apex is working on it. I could purchase Apex 7 or use ACI sketch. So I reached out to Apex. They told me ACI has everything they need and have the capability to help if they wanted to and should not blame Apex, they just want people to upgrade.

So why don't you just use ACI sketch? That's the only one that I've ever used, it's so simple.

Call apex and explain, they might give you a discount being a repeat customer. I think i got one a while back.

Apex is correct. Typical ACI crap behavior.

When I first used ACI sketch I moaned and groaned and complained, but soon it was very user friendly. Upsets me about myseslf that I would dislike something just because It was new or because I didn't understand it, but the learning curve is different for any two people. A few decades ago a new dishwasher working for me in a kitchen said "I'm very slow to learn so please be patient with me and I will never let you down." Kid turned out to be a valuable employee. Lord knows how often I remember his perspective, as I ask for the same consideration!!!!
