ACI Crashing

Program crashes every time I open it after it is unused for a few hours. It crashes at the end of every sketch. It crashes when I run Review Master, and when I run the MISMO report creator. Everu time I call I am told it is because of file size that requies conversion to .zoo. That's easy to do but why isn't zoo the defealt file extension rather than ACI. Hoping peer users can tell me something that ACI tech support can't or won't (although I have great luck always with tech support in general). Thanks. GM

Have you run updates? You might need them to remote into your computer to fix it.

Exactly what I would do and load Clickforms.

I run malwarebytes and super antispyware fairly frequently. They pick up a bunch of stuff.

I do disk cleanup frequently too on windows. It gets rid of stuff I don't need. Just type in disk cleanup and choose the drive and what I want cleaned.

We just had to close out a credit card and dispute many charges that were random charges. How in the hell somebody did it? I have no clue. It may have been one of those scanners some people are using like in retail stores. I don't know how they did it.

It was fraud. I know that much.

Then I called a number from an email that had a strange voice in Florida and told me they were from paypal. I knew damn well they were lying.
