ACI just down or out of business

No online service for reports. Their website is totally down. Nobody taking calls. No support. This is bad. Does anyone have that phone number to Alamode or that truck driving school?
Truck driving school number is 555-555-BEEP.
 
Still unable to reach ACI or find any info otherwise. Plenty in this boat, but lots of appraisals due today.

Anyone have an update worth sharing? Very frustrating they have not made any contact or issued a press release anywhere.

I saw a facebook post from a First American office in wisconsin i think. Said all the websites and phones are down with no update for restoration of service. Someone from ACI should post the same to their social media. If they are having a massive IT issue, like it appears the home office at First American is, this could be a while.
 
Not a user but this looks like a hack. FAF site can't load either.
Chances are FAF is the target.
 
Same issues here. Can't export a file to upload a revision. Can't run ACI webupdate. ACI's phone support won't pick up and their webpage is down. Glad to hear its not just me.

On a side note when I logged into an AMC to update them that a revision would be delayed due to these issues, a popup showing this came up. Looks like even they are acknowledging there's an issue:

"First American and ACI Incident

On December 20, 2023, we noticed outages at First American and ACI affecting connections with their systems. Out of an abundance of caution and to minimize any potential impacts, we are proactively disabling all CoreLogic connectivity to First American systems.
We will continue to keep you updated as we know more and appreciate your patience as we work through this process.
If you have questions, please reach out to your client success manager or to our client risk team at ccra@corelogic.com"

This would lead me to think that there is a hack or compromise to ACI's system. Wish they would put out some kind of email or notice to let us know what's going on.

Thank you for sharing that response. I hate trying to piece together what's happening from others experiences right now, but that seems to be all we can do at the moment. Alamode is overrun with calls from people switching. An answer from ACI via social media/news/etc would go a longggg way right now.
