Same issues here. Can't export a file to upload a revision. Can't run ACI webupdate. ACI's phone support won't pick up and their webpage is down. Glad to hear its not just me.
On a side note when I logged into an AMC to update them that a revision would be delayed due to these issues, a popup showing this came up. Looks like even they are acknowledging there's an issue:

On December 20, 2023, we noticed outages at First American and ACI affecting connections with their systems. Out of an abundance of caution and to minimize any potential impacts, we are proactively disabling all CoreLogic connectivity to First American systems.

This would lead me to think that there is a hack or compromise to ACI's system. Wish they would put out some kind of email or notice to let us know what's going on.
