I'm trying to delete a common (outdated) response I no longer need. Any idea how to edit/delete the picklist items? I checked ACI website using their search tool, but it only brought me to cloning reports.

Thanks

Deleting Common Responses
1. Click in a report field and select a Common Response.
2. Press SHIFT+F6 on the keyboard, or click
Edit > Common Responses > Edit, or
right-click in a field and select Common Responses > Edit
.
3. Click Delete and click Yes to confirm deletion.
4. Click Save and click Close to exit.

also see "creating" and "editing" common responses.

When in doubt, refer to

http://www.aciweb.com/support/

click on LEARNING

then DOCUMENTATION, and click whatever assistance you need in the laundry list of "how to" etc.

Thanks! I was trying that (maybe not correctly) but I couldn't get the delete option. I'll try again.

Sure. Suggest trying all 3 methods to delete common responses above. If it first .......

also . might wish to close out of the report - then get back in - sometimes that "resets" things as well.

Its already crashed on me four times when I was adding pics (well below the pic size recommendation) so we're good there. LOL

I make a practice of doing the UPDATE download each morning - let it tell you that you have the most recent version. That might help you as well. On the top tool bar - click web update. REBOOT the PC and the program after UPDATING to reset your Registry.

Thanks Mike, I was able to delete the entry. I update about once every 10 days or so. The crashing problem never seems to be resolved. :( I've learned to adapt.

Recommend the TECH CHAT question that can be answered in 5 minutes or less function on the Support online. Crashing because of photos is typically an easy "fix".

p.s. you're very welcome.
