ACI Software

I am looking to talk to someone that uses ACI software and uses e-services and does work for STARS. We are having some problems and I don't think it's on our end, I think it is software related (but they won't admit to that). Please give me a shout.

What sort of problems are you are having? Without having some idea of what the problems are it is not possible to respond in any helpful way. If you describe the situation maybe someone will have some ideas and will post a response.

Thanks for your reply. Where should I start???? I'm assuming you meet the criteria I initially asked for. We receive orders fine and they are then put into file lister after acceptance. When we open the order from file lister, the address, city, state, etc. is filled in from the lender but the address does not transfer to the grid section. This is one of many problems. I would like to talk to someone on the phone about these things because I can talk a lot faster than I can type. Let me know if you can help and I'll get you my phone number.

Please note that I am the moderator for the ACI forum, not a tceh support guru. I do use ACI and I do appraisal work for STARS but I do not use eservices so I meet only two of the three criteria in your original post. Other than being a user of ACI I have no direct affiliation with ACI.

You refer to "many problems" with what you are experiencing. That being the case a call to ACI tech support, or at least an email to ACI tech support, is probably going to accomplish more for you than waiting for someone on this forum to have the answers. Or at least no one know what the questions are so they can't answer them. The fact there have been no responses to your original post except for mine tells me no one reading your post has the answers you are looking for.
