ACI went back on line but ACI software not initializing, any thoughts?

Go to this Microsoft instructional page and following directions to run the Troubleshooter.

After you run the troubleshooter, use google to search for the following commands that are able to fix many problems that your machine is having.
Check your security settings
run sfc /scannow command,
run chkdsk command,
run disk cleanup,
run sfc.exe.
Make sure that file protection access is not preventing the program from running.
I have tried to reach ACI also. They are not taking or returning calls.
