I'm not talking about city.
When I run the USPS address, the address is missing 2 letters.
Can I manually use the street name I physically see when I was at subject into the report?
If not, I will explain the difference. I forgot is it required in UAD to use postal address?

Didn't you post this same question not long ago?

20 plus years in the business Appraiser-Broker - Call the HO and ask him-her what there address is !!!

I have seen USPS address different from what is shown on map, what is recorded on deed or even what actual street sign says. For example, "Dr vs St", "North Star vs Northstar", "First vs 1st", etc, etc. Client wants address to match what is on engagement letter. I put what makes UAD happy and explain the discrepancy in comment section. If it passes UAD, then I move on.

Last time was city this time is actual street name. Unincorporated town can differ but street name should be the same.
The USPS street name looks foreign. Doesn't look right.
I think I'll manually change it and see if my report gets kicked out.

Is it rural? Some towns use route numbers instead of street names because it makes it easier for emergency dispatch services.

Address missing two letters which can be misleading.

So explain exactly that. Page 1 is the USPS address and disclose the other address iterations elsewhere.

Run into the mailing address/physical address discrepancies on better than half of the reports I do....mainly zip code not matching physical town. So much so I have an autofil blurb in my template-

Subject Property Address:

The subject property is physically located in the town of <<Neighborhood or Project Name>>, VT. The USPS mailing address name for the corresponding zip code is "<<City>>".

The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not handle land records, property assessment or mapping. Many USPS postal zip codes in the state of Vermont correspond to neighboring towns, villages or areas that do not officially exist in public land records. Identifying a property by the incorrect town/village/area name could lead to misrepresentation of location, a factor that can have a substantial impact on value.

My favorite is located in a subdivision and is a street about 1/2 mile long.

At one end it is named Hassan Heights Drive (street sign) and the other end Hassen Heights Drive (street sign). Been like that since the 1970's......

I think that was just to clarify which end of the street was populated by Arabs, and which end by the Germans. BA-DUM-BUM :ROFLMAO:
