And what if it is inaccurate or misleading in some way and you need to manually adjust/play with some of the input variables/property characteristics?

How easy will that be? I can do that rapid-fire fashion in my excel spreadsheet - and I don't even want to - in my WORST NIGHTMARE - contemplate how I can learn to do that in some unfamiliar cloud BS software ...

How are we supposed to "show support" once UAD 3.6 hits and we cannot attach PDFs of our charts and graphs?

The 3.6 has a bunch of photo inputs along the path to filling out.... so, if we can't attach PDFs, I'm sure you can attach your graph and charts and evidence Via jpegs.....

I'm not going to be doing appraisal reports on an iPad in the front seat of my car though....

You know..... when I read about the 3.6 it was still really new. But from what I understand, and this is weird, is that the certifications fill in as you're filling out the report... they're dynamic and not fixed.

As for your scope of work, it dynamically adapts as you fill in the report. So, if you have your own scope of work list as you say, I suppose you could enter it in one of the drop down text areas.

I read a bunch of back and forth here in regards to creating templates for a specific client in the 3.6. I believe DW said it could be done.... if that's the case, I suppose you could put your scope of work in there.

Yes, you can load graphs and charts, that's what they want from you. Somewhere, you can add, but there is a number of words used limit to any part.
Get a r.v. so you can have your office in it, then spend all day home inspecting on your pad.
