I agree, it was fun. Nice to meet some fellow appraisers and get a pulse on what is happening in the biz. I can't wait until our next meeting, now that I know what everyone looks like. LOL

I really want to thank you for taking the initiative to set this get together up. I had a great time, and I learned a few things too.
It was nice to meet everyone that made it. I will most definitely make the next one. Maybe next time we can get more AF’ers to join us.

Yeah what they said....Thanks for setting this up Rita. And thanks to all of you that showed up. I was a really good to meet you all. I look forward to the next get together. Until then, we should decide if we want this to just be a casual get-together every quarter or if we want to make something more of it. Either way, it works for me...

(I love that one) Oh darn, here I am talking about playing again. But seriously, we could have a topic for each meeting-and maybe stick with talking about it for a minimum of 1/2 hour or something. What did you have in mind?
