I have just finished a course in Louisville, KY, and it was one of the most enjoyable courses I have ever taken. The support that the local chapter of the AI is above anything I have ever experienced. The support given to the residential side of the business from this AI chapter has to be in the top 5.Great people, great after hours support. I would highly recommend any course they are sponsoring.

Luzette, I totally agree. I took a class down there a couple years ago and they were great. You must have had one of the same instructors I did. Because he stayed every night to help those who needed it.

I had a very good experience there last year in Lexington with Otto Spence as the instructor. What I appreciated as much as the instruction was the mix of experience among the class members. I would definitely recommend any class from that chapter. I actually took the residential HBU class up there since it was offered on the weekend, which is rare nowadays.
