Athena won't convert the 2055 form for a Fannie Mae foreclosure; most of the rest of the report converts, with the exception of the transmittal letter, summary, some photo pages & maps. But it won't convert the 2055. It just leaves it out. I tried Alamode tech support, but after being on hold to talk to anyone for 35 minutes, I just gave up & went to an inspection. Any ideas?

What system are you trying to convert it to? Is it the appraisalport plug-In?

Yes, just the plug-in.

I had an issue with conversion yesterday.
Of all things, it turned out to be the NAME of the report / file name.
I had 3 or 4 blank spaces at the end....(don't ask why).
Once those were out, it all worked fine.

I sent the technician a report from Wintotal and a copy of the file at 9:45. He's going to get back to me in about 30 minutes. Two hours later I call back, and he's gone to lunch.

I talked to Angela, and she took the time to solve the problem; it appears that the use of "etc..." in the comments page causes the report to not convert. Take it out & everything works.

Maybe AIReady and FNC wants to write your comments for you...

Shouldn't moderators lead by example?

Can you say picky ???
I have to wonder if that little glitch was deliberately added by some programmer who HATED "etc."

I have never heard of etc. causing a problem with a conversion. Come to think of it, I don't remember using etc. in an appraisal. Don't know what I would use it for.
