Who are you to constantly call people out and challenge or inquire about another posters activities or lack thereof .....when your forte is To sit behind a computer monitor and complain about posters - who you claim are complaining.

i am the appraiser who joins my local organization and participates to help effect change to our industry, not the person who sits behind a monitor and tells everyone how bad things are and how everyone in real estate but appraisers are the devil but does nothing to improve their situation or be of any benefit to our profession. i am also the appraiser who puts forth the effort to have non-lending work instead of sitting on my as$ hoping some random lender or AMC sends me underpaying work (which they will complain about again).
