Alamode is verified UAD 3.6

Bradford also ready very soon and any staying in the appraisal software business so expect to see a few more give it up with only 3 or 4 left by end of 2027. There's no big money in appraisal software and it simply won't support any more than a few of the last bigger or larger companies.
Well..... for some of us older dogs whom are not appraising all the time anymore, it's just a side hustle. I'm not going to be running around like the mortgage broker days, 7 days a week, doing appraisals on an iPad in the car. Thankfully, GSE appraisal work is not the only work out there.

I think it's smart of ala mode to keep their format the same that thousands of appraisers are used to.

Plus, we still haven't seen a real estate surge in quite a while. When that surge happens, that's going to be the true test of where appraising is at. Will it go heavily into waivers or hybrids? Or, will the market dictate that a licensed appraiser actually do the inspection? The ramifications of self-serve loans haven't been seen yet. We shall see.

just measure the ceiling height like a good appraiser... :rof:

That just means their app still talks to and requires the internet to work.

I don't need answers Chase ... I just need you to LIKE my posts so I can keep "pimping" my "AF Reaction Score" UP - and putting more distance between mine and yours .... (you're my only active competition on there ... as soon as you get "Enough At-Bats to qualify"!!!) :D

Alamode has much to gain with the new URAR Abomination form.
With smaller competitors dropping out of appraisal software, Alamode can have a monopoly and charge even higher fees.

Not bad!

*UNCLOAK*

This should have been another yet reason I blocked you! Apparently you're an appraiser who is bad at math! Know how to calculate a player's slugging average? OK, let's go:

Total Bases: 7005 divided into Total Plate Appearances: 6318 = Reaction Score: 1.1087 (That's "Aaron Judge Range!") :rof:

Just checking to make sure you blocked me. :)
