i believe that they are looking for the 'code line' which is causing the issue. they need your bad boy appraisal to see if it's doing the same problem on their computers. if not, then you have a computer issue that is very difficult to find. but then again, my appraisals are like art work, people hang them on their walls. art theft would be my concern.

It is more likely a computer problem than an alamode problem. All of my recurring Windows problems disappeared and only 1 new one arose after switching to run Windows in a virtual machine on a linux computer.
New computers are cheap today compared to 10 years ago. Start with a fresh one is my best advice.

Diagnostics is not appraisal manipulation so I would not worry about letting them control my machine. There are larger problems out there.
