Attached you will read an e-mail I just sent to alamode.
Don't know if this will get me kicked off this site or not.
I have been requesting a refund of my purchase for several months and have not yet received it and I am tired of the tactics of that company.
Sincerely,
Gary Leduc

Hello,
Last month, November 18th, I spoke with Steve in the sales(?) department.
I posted a note on the Appraisers Forum about lack of service and co-operation from your company. Steve called me with in minutes of that post on the forum.

Anyways, I was issued a return authorization # and sent back my software for a credit to be applied for my package I purchased from Steve also.
Steve said that once the software was received I would be sent a form to sign and send back to receive my credit
.
This has been long overdue and I am tired of the run around and delay.
I don't know who you are that will be reading this before passing it on to the appropriate channels, but please pass it on to someone who will resolve the situation for me.
Thank you,
Gary Leduc

Gary, we left a message at your office this morning after receiving your e-mail today. We received your software back on 11/25/2002. The only step left is for you to send in your "Destruction of materials" form we sent you 11/25/2002. This document simply states you've removed the software from your PC. Once we receive the document, we refund you the same or next day. I apologize for the inconvenience, and if you need anything further, please call me directly @ 800-252-6633 ext. 301.

Sincerely,

Sounds like the customer service dept. should take some lessons from their greatest appraisal tech support dept. of all time. Give it a rest, you don't need any x mas money. It's only a few hundred bucks. Chump change to appraisal trainees. Maybe 5% to 10% of your annual income. LOL

THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE.

29 MINUTES AFTER MY POST, ALAMODE called with my credit.

And who says they don't listen?????
