No, because the states do the background checks.

JT just collects money as a sales gimmick to get you more work.

.
I had no idea that you were a Joan hater....

I can't remember the 1st and/or last time MA required that I submit to a background check....

How often does PA require them..

When did Joan become a law enforcement officer or government official?

How did this happen if Joan is in charge? She may be getting old. It may be an old age thing.

I would almost bet you that within MA, if you get convicted of a felon, law enforcement refers that to your State board. Anything like that. Child molestation, etc, etc.

American Bankers Association needs to step up to the plate. Forget Joan.

I don't hate anybody, I love my neighbors and have served God and my Country.

You? Lonely? thinking you shouldn't have tried to play so many head games with the ex-wife, and she might have stayed to wash your dishes and do your laundry?

Yeah because it's not like the state has any records of who they are arresting, or what the arrest was for.

I have an old friend who has completed 'property inspection reports' for the Servicing Industry for the last 20 years. He always has a half dozen folks working for him. They drive to properties and largely complete 'occupancy reports'.....pay about $25 per pop. He has to determine whether the occupant is residing at the property or whether the property has been abandoned. It is quick....many times they don't even get out of their car....and they have VOLUME. Often they are required to check the property weekly...and submit reports......$25-35 each time.

It ain't much $ per inspection.....but they spend all day doing these inspections.....one after the other. He makes a decent living. The 'form filling' can be done with an application on a cell phone....it's easy peasy quick work....and a LOT of driving around house to house.
