Does anyone know an AMC that is easy to work with?

All are easy to work with if you are cheap enough, quick enough, and always appraise it high enough. That's sort of the problem however.

You do realize many lenders own part of an AMC. Lender gets money from borrower. AMC scams appraisers. Lender makes money off of AMC being part owner. Lender is basically scamming borrower and appraiser.

Burning the candle at both ends.

You can only burn the candle so long before the wax is gone. I don't see a change unless consumer rights group gets involved or Federal Trade Commission maybe.

The commingling of fees happened at Federal level. I am not sure if a State could change that within their boundaries. A State might could.

You have Governor that is for the people in California.

Email the Governor's office. You pay taxes.

I think you have a big lawsuit relative to commingling of fees going on in California.

I like your Governor. He is savvy.

Did you vote for him? If you did, he might listen to your email.

The best AMC is NO AMC.

Talk to these people:

I think that is lawsuit in California. If not there is a similar lawsuit in California going on. I think there are similar lawsuits going on in other States. If FTC don't step in, maybe SCOTUS will.

Your Governor within boundaries of California could have big impact.
