AMC owned foreclosure?

Stumbling through some recent foreclosures in KKK county IL, a favorite of mine, I ran across one owned by Land Am. The property is really not of interest to me, but I was curious if this may be the Land Am AMC?

Anyone seen an AMC take back or be forced to take back a property?

With the list above !! do you see why it has taken so long for any affective investigations to get off the ground?? But Kudo's to the investigators cause Countrywide news should be out soon.

For those Appraisers that kissed @$$ for those Countrywide fees I sure hope your "friends" @ Countrywide love you as much as they claimed they did. Cause no one would RAT out those they love!! Would they??

IMHO, AMCs should buy loans that they intentionally push through the system. They should buy back the loan, pay all legal costs, and pay a fine on top of that.

Thanks Howard. The only one on the list that I could think of having taken back a property is Centennial bank, however title is held by LandAm?

I still find it odd, maybe I can do a little more digging. Who knows maybe I will want the property afterall.
