An Open Letter to Fannie Mae RE: multiple parcels

I don't believe that for a second. Take it from me, Danny puts on a heckuva live show.

Word on the street is that he enjoys a good cigar, so there's your bait. Just don't be clumsy with him before you set the hook and you'll be good to go.

I'm sure he is writing the rebuttal to FNMAs latest update on multiple parcels and one loan. (Not) I think he may trump some others with impressive resumes and overly large egos.

You don't listen well. I can get you an invite.

I see that you express yourself on something that I am certain of that you know nothing about.

I see a trend. :)

Bring Danny with you. Separation of fees will be the topic. I love it. Do it.!!!!!!!! I can get it set up. Just PM me and request TAC. I"ll do everything I can to set it up.

I don't have any insight on those dynamics but it was always my impression that they operate more on a committee basis, and THAT is why the horse somewhat resembles the camel. So while I don't know what the limits are to his input I'm fairly confident there some significant limitations.

In any case, Better > Worse. Right?

And we wonder why appraisers and appraisals are seen as an obstacle and not a useful tool for lenders. I'm glad you got your 30 in before you threw the rest of us under the bus and pissed in FNMAs wheaties, I guess next you will bemoan low interest rates as unsustainable (as if your job, hint, wink)

The form is wrong. They will fix it. 2011 version?

I see a trend. Never answer a question. Never elaborate. Lee is running for some office.

Of course get ready for the fix. LOL

I'm trying to upgrade to windows 10 on a couple computers. Backing it all up. etc..etc. I think I'm leaving one on windows 7. I already have one computer on windows 10. I am just backing it up too. We may be nuked soon. I hope not.
