Most of my orders on AP, from one bank client, have fees between $585 and $750 per order. Not sweating this increase in fee from AP. My main complaint with AP is that often I am not sent an email about a new order for 12-20 hours after the lender submits the order. Yeah, AP says its not us, talk to my email service provider. Since only AP emails are delayed, Time Warner says the problem lies with AP, not TW.
I now just try to remember to log on every 10-12 hrs and check.
Sadly ... sometimes Yes, it's like that in the RES worldDo any of you feel like you are a foxhound in France?
I've been getting $400-450 for driveby orders for one national client. These are some difficult appraisals though, and the client is tough on their reviews. (ie. last 2 orders were manufactured homes on 5+ acres in a area where there haven't been many sales/listings, and sites of 1 acre are the norm). I suppose there is still room for a fee bump, due to the escalating required delivery charge.so suntrust charges a $25 fee and now ap wants $14. thats nothing to sneeze at! ST only pays $450 when i do one in a blue moon. think ill start countering at $489.
