Some bad reviewers

I had an appraisal reviewed by a bank.

I was appraising a single family house on 8 acres.

The reviewer used 3 manufactured homes on 1 acre as comps.

They blacked out his name so I could not turn him into the state.

I responded and let the bank know the guy is an idiot but they still put me in the status as having to require field review for any job I do for an unspecified period of time.

What a bunch of cr@p.
