Any AMC's Out There That Do A Lot Of Reviews Or Specialize In Review Work

If you can wait about 2 years, there will be plenty of review work. I smell a bubble or a correction in housing prices coming somewhere in mid 2020. Then the AMC's will focus on reviews. Problem is that AMC's do not pay the going fees for review work with some AMC's only looking for rubber stamps on values. To do a review properly, one must first review the appraisal report and then in most cases, write another appraisal. The minimum fees paid will only attract non-experienced field review appraisers. I do believe it is better to reach out to small banks for review work.
