Any Certified General appraisers who would be willing to train?

I know him. you would like him. I have no clue on opportunity but he may know someone if he don't need anybody.

I am not sure if he ever remarried or not. Anyway, give it a shot.

Im a CRA looking to get to the CGA level but I cant get any bites. I checked appraisal institute for CGs and emailed all of them an even talked to one that was only doing one project a year but no luck. If you're a CG and willing to train please let me know. Every job posting I see for appraisers on Indeed have to be at the level. Thanks!

Seth
You have to show the trainer that it's to their benefit to train you. Few people are going to want to donate their time (and money) to someone who isn't a friend or family member.

Perhaps offer them a percentage of the residential work you do while in their training.

yeah. It is hard to do both single family residential work and commercial at same time. The time frames with clients work differently. It is really hard to manage.

That guy I shared with him does both but he has many helpers.

If he can't take him on, he may know somebody who can.

Okay, if the man helps you, just pm me a thank you. LOL

I was being greedy asking for $5 referral fee.

I would love to have you. I am just too old.

I am comfortable with one man show.

I just took on new puppy. I am one dog person. I can't handle another puppy at the moment.

Terry has son too that is really good appraiser from what I have heard. It is worth a try for you. You would like Terry or his wife. They are gold and very good appraisers.

I can tell you are good appraiser. I read people. I am trying to give you options.

I won't swear State of TN or Kentucky would not hire you. Both States do tons of commercial work.
