My license was revoked by the state of North Dakota
A MEMBER of the State Appraisal Board did the appraisal for the city. Our numbers differed (I think).

Stefan, assuimg that you got hosed by the North Dakota board has you have stated numerous times (and it makes sense since Minnisota allows you to keep your license despite being revoked in ND), this would likely be the primary reason.

Use the old 1025 form with disclosures on every page that an interior inspection was not performed.

Thanks for the link Jerry Bone Jr. Oregon's no joke, they must take disciplinary action for fun. Connecticut is far more disinterested. A lot of that seems like it's very much the opinion of the party reviewing your work, as opposed to any clear cut guidlines. Having said that, I'm positive if anyone wanted to pull every appraisal I've done, they could easily find some reason to fine me, or suspend my license, if they really wanted to. I'd prefer not to make it too easy for them though, even if they just have to take the time to actually read through a couple dozen before they can make a good case.
