Any Ladder Recommendations

Sammy! Good to see that you are still around.

I have a 7 foot fiberglass ladder that fits in the back of my pickup. Forget the brand, it's green and light weight. Just used it on Tuesday.

I have a standard 6 foot ladder which fits in my Prius, by putting one rear set down it fits just perfect.

So far all I've needed is a fiberglass 3 step ladder that fits into the trunk of my car - I'm just under 5'6". I try to find out what kind of access I have before I go to the property. According to the handbook, the owner is responsible for making access possible. That way also, they are on alert that I have to enter their closet with my ladder!

Just make sure it's secured in the extended position, or it might collapse when you're about halfway up the ladder in a vacant house where no one will find your rotting corpse for days after your head gets crushed on the concrete floor and blood oozes from your eyes, ears, and nose until you die.

That thought has crossed my mind on more than one occasion!

What kind of adjustment would you give for finding a rotting corpse in a home? :icon_mrgreen:

Maybe it would a positive adjustment for additional features.

I don't use a latter, anymore.

I hoist one of my helpers, into the attics, and let them look around and tell me what they see:

and her for crawl space.

and these nice ladies go give me a lift when I come in low.

It's nice having helpers. I just step back, or lend a helping hand, and ask them what they see.

Thanks for the advice, the precaution that I might die if I use a telescopic ladder, and for the helper-photos!
