I'm having an issue with a land appraisal I did that involved
21st Mortgage out of TN (Birkshire Hathaway Co.) and a local
manufactured home dealer, and I found this company....

Does anybody know about them? They are apparently out of
Michigan and claim to do MH appraisals throughtout the
country, amazing.

I believe they only handle the manufactured homes as personal property. In the past they had not been involved in the land aspect, but you never know... That could have changed.

They used to do work for one lender in the NH area. The company would hire local brokers who would use a check off sheet. They had a higher foclosure rate and that company no longer lends in this area. I wonder why.
