Ron, In order to make the kitchen kosher you dont need to rip the old one out. You can leave all the cabinats and just change counter-tops and put in a new double-sink and you'll have a kosher kitchen.Ron Schwartz said:Most families moving into the neighborhood keep kosher and are looking for a kosher kitchen and do not want the expense of having to rip out an old one and put a new one in.
I personally dont write in my reports the word "KOSHER" kitchen, "SUKKAH" room (Sun room), or "PASSOVER" kitchen (utility kitchen)
