Anyone complete a UAD 3.6 report ..... yet

I’m always ready to perform an appraisal. Now, whether the GSEs, Banks, AMC’s, and software providers are ready, I don’t know. That question is better directed at them.

It was always the case that a large percentage of RE agents do few or sometimes no sales over a year. That is why nobody pays them a salary! It was always a field with superstar brokers and agents doing the lion's share and some competent mid-level agents, and then a bunch of non-performers who like seeing houses, socializing and handing out cards. They are usually married to a bread-winning spouse- those who are not quiet after a few years are replaced by others. It only takes a short time to take the classes, take the test, and get a license as a RE agent. The RE sales part is very hands-on and low-tech - even if they list their property on Zillow or use a cloud service to handle the closing $.
My daughter closed 36 houses last year. I had to opt out of one assignment because I realized she was the listing agent. It was such an easy assignment too.

On the other hand, she is constantly calling and complaining about appraisal results on her listings. I taught her how to properly research for listing prices too.

While legacy software providers are months behind with 3.6, check out what a new player in the market accomplished in three days (watch the video in the link):

Great - now, in the NEXT 3 days, let's see if this 'Uniform Abomination Dataset 3.6 Braniac" 1767978084256.png can come up with a software system to make HIS version of the "Abomination 3.6" form seamlessly import into BOTH the GSE's computer system AND all the lender computer system workflows. :giggle:

Oh, no, no trouble - I'll wait. :rof::rolf:
