Anyone else dead slow the last two weeks?

Being a teacher has to be the hardest job on earth. You have to deal with 20-25 kids for 7 hours every day? I would go crazy.

3rd grade was the best 3 years of my life

My nephew is taking a semester off this year. He's been in college for 6 years. I stopped asking him when he will graduate.

Some people sold their houses gladly, and live in an RV to have a simple life that does not tie them down to one state or location.

One time I checked on a potential tenant and found he was selling a RV in the internet.
Thus I suspected he was homeless. I didn't want him to live in my commercial space (commercial rents are way cheaper than residential apt rents) so I didn't rent to him.

And in Oklahoma a million dollars can buy you a lake front home with indoor pool, boat dock and indoor theatre.

That home would easily sell over $3,000,000 here.

Volume has returned to normal - it was a weird 3-week lull, but I got a lot of projects done!

Last two orders requests have been "difficult" assignments which I declined.
From experience, I know that the neighborhood and homes are different style & appeal and even location can be different. Not easy to do.
What happened to the cookie cutters? Why send me the hard ones?

Well if you mean lender work… yeah 1 job. Private work I’m up to 21 jobs this month in my area and booking more.

Finished a commercial one- took over 3 days to do. And now I have 4 more to work on. Steady and I'm slow so it's the work of the next few days.
