Anyone else get busy during the summer

I just got past a monster surge and am starting to have heart problems because of overdoing it for so long. I'm 44, so that shouldn't be an issue.

Losing out on bids left and right in the past couple of weeks, though, so other appraisers must be pretty slow.

yikes you good? like skipped beats or something serious

Not trying to scare you, but don't let your age discount the problem. Had a heart attack 23 years ago at age 48 and they placed a stent. Not a single problem since then and I was in good shape at the time except for the genetic caused high cholesterol

I'm not sure. I overcommitted to deadlines in the past couple of weeks and my heart was beating fast all day about a week and a half ago. It has hurt since and when I tried to do light cardio just a few days ago, it was bothering me quite a bit after. Going to the doc on Wednesday, so hopefully, they will just tell me that I got too stressed out.

Glad that you've been in good health since then. I'm in pretty good shape, but stress of taking on too much has definitely been my Achilles heel over the past several years. We were having some work done on our house and the contractor said that they'll get to it in six months, to which we said OK, but when people call me up and say that they need something ASAP, I'm just wired to make it work. Probably need to break that habit.

I am slow due to health issues and am turning down most work.
Pop used to always say never plan your retirement because your body will do it for you. He actually never retired but very few people ever go on 4 hours a night sleep and die in their mid nineties on zero prescription medication's in their sleep.

Mom died at 75 and slept 10 hours a night and was on fifteen different medications--go figure.

I'm 70 in April on Zero medication's and sleep 5 to 6 hours but I have no idea how long I will live. I just figure when it's time then off I go. Lol )

Understand. At 40 my chol jumped up to 350. Thought I could control it with diet and exercise. Ate nothing with dairy, fat, chol, flavor, etc. Dropped 25 lbs from 170 to 145 in 90 days. Recheck chol..."down" to 300. Genetics can be a btch. Statins have been my friends for 30 yrs.

Lost 4 friends in last 6 months, all between 39-73 yrs. 3 to cancer, 1 just never woke up one morning.

Life is not a dress rehearsal; enjoy it while you can.

Not a Anti Vaxxer but none of us got the vaccines but three close friends have all developed heart issues one fell over dead and two have developed irregular and fast beating hearts and blood clots.

I'm concerned with how many younger men are getting heart and blood clots and never have witnessed so many. I'm NOT saying it's from vaccines but why are so many younger people getting things we used to mostly see in old guys my age ?
