Nobody Can Just Give You one --As I recall they use advertising companies on their promo codes but not all courses have them They also change hourly to daily so people can't pass them around so easly. I suggest you go to "google" type in McKissick Appraisal courses and see what pops up. I have also in past called when ordering instead of paying on line and ask them if they will give me A Promo Code type discount. Sometimes they will sometimes they won't .

I'm likely late, however, I have two codes both might work for 10% off (the worked for CE):
CPDValConnect
or
CPDClass10
As both an Agent and an Appraiser it is always a profoundly differing experience come time for CE. As Agent my Association pays for all of my classes...yup....free....and easy. As Appraiser I am limited to very few education sources, even fewer online sources, and the cost(s) are extremely high. After scrounging for the cheapest CE that I could obtain (yes....this year it is about cost instead of quality), I am paying $495 for my 28 hours Appraisal CE via McKissock.
I was unable to sign up for my classes online with McKissock. None of the scenarios that I desired would 'add to cart' on their website. I was also unable to swap classes from a package using their website (despite the site's supposed ability to do so). All of it required phone calls to McKissock and 48 hours to finally complete the 'deal'.
I don't blame McKissock....although they were able to duplicate my problem(s) and were unaware of these problem(s). I blame the state of our profession, the individual state boards, and its organizations (or lack thereof).
