Suggest it would be extremely interesting to get an opinion regarding Lender directed Scope of Work mandatory requirements including "exactly how to do an appraisal" and AMC control over "independent contractors" from a National or Regional IRS official

If you are in one of the 23 states employing the ABC Test, the rules are tougher than the IRS rules. Washington State is getting real tough.

Independent Contractor

The general rule is that an individual is an independent contractor if (the person for whom the services are performed)

has the right to control or direct
