Hi all

Thinking of signing up for the FHA rooster, I have heard there will be no more test, but looking to find the latest guidelines, handbooks, mortgagee letters, and any other updates to read, more important is what do I have to read. I have searched on here and came up with several links, some work, some old, and some do not. I also looked on HUD with the same results.

I have/ read “Appendix D of Handbook 4150.2” but I believe this is not all I need, buy the way of reading some questions/ answers on here, which I cannot find in the handbook.

Therefore, can someone please list the links to what I needed to read so I can meet the requirements, and be complaint with FHA assignments?

Thanks

Bob
