Anyone having a problem with the PSI National Appraisal Exam

I'm just wondering if anyone has completed ( Passed ) the National PSI Licensed RE Appraiser exam. Its seems very difficult. Didnt get much help in the class as far as study material goes. The teacher kept telling us he would help us pass the state test ( which is an open book test ). Little did I know that at the time. Study on Garth
