Anyone heard of ValueMate software

from another thread asked grok if anyone is working on AI assisted software to help populate data fields for the new 3.6 forms and this is one of three that came up. It looks promising (maybe, hopefully I can ditch Total) so I booked a demo it's a monthly plan I have no idea on pricing we'll see what they say

There were multiple companies at the Valuation Expo who plan to offer such technology. I saw some demos that were quite impressive.
 
I think they are out of Australia.
 
A ton of money is being dumped into what I like to call "Automatic appraisals." Several companies are working on software to populate the subject info, scan the sketch and photos then populate the relevant fields, choose comps, calculate adjustments, and like magic deliver a report from the field. Laugh and doubt all you want, millions are being invested in the platforms.
