My partner and I use Wintotal but it's getting cost prohibitive.
We have the Platinum Tech support package for $599.99
Unlimited Titan backup drive $349.99 <<<<< Bradford can use drop box... But My partner is older and probably wouldn't consistently back up his files.
500 flood maps. $247.81
Second silver membership $429.99
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Total for two $1624.81
I shaved money off by going from Platinum to Silver and 200 hundred flood maps etc, got it down from $1630 to $1230.
I used Wintotal for years. Clickforms is way better. My Clickforms was $648 (Gold) and includes Inspect Alot for sketches and photos on my iPad. Appraisalport, Buildfax permit history, unlimited maps, 125 flood maps, training, support and I paid $99 extra for MLS import. I don't use the Dropbox feature. Tried it, just not for me. I also purchase Swiftestimator Cost and Pictometry, and additional flood maps a few at a time when they are half price. I think you can convert the Wintotal files but I had moved to a different area and started from scratch. You can get Pictometry on some of the Assessor website. and Flood maps for free from FEMA anyway. I haven't had any problems, and used to have the "heart drop" as Fernando said with Wintotal all the time. It's just me, but I have it on my back up computer for no extra. I've only had to call for help when a computer died or when I had a different MLS to configure, they are very helpful at tech support.
I don't think I pay that much for silver with Total. You may have features that I don't have. I like Total personally. I have no reason to switch. I don't need anything to slow me down right now by switching.
Does Clickforms have the features like Total where you can see all comps side by side, and enter all adjustments once that will apply to all comps? Or an embedded spreadsheet?
How about an embedded spreadsheet (that I added after you responded)? If yes, can it link to form fields?
I don't know, I have spreadsheets for acreage, outbuildings, etc. but I don't embed them in my reports. I do rural stuff mainly. Just download the trial version that's good for 2 weeks. You can ask Bradford Tech about that. You can enter your own automatic adjustments, look at comps side by side, etc. It's pretty much like Wintotal to me.
Why put the flood map in when GSE's do not require such, they only require number, zone and date.
The lender is required to do flood certifications, anyway.
