:? I'm a bit perplexed and 'feeling really old' when I read about all the Alamode Users and not one word from any MCS Users... IS ANYONE USING MCS 32-BT SOFTWARE??
Thanks For Reading...!

Jim, I am using MCS old 16 bit software. I have purchased Ala Mode and will be installing it on Monday. I had to upgrade and decided to follow the pack and try it. It is a 100 day trial offer they were making. My usual feeling is that if it ain't broke don't fix it but since I had to upgrade, I decided to try the other...Wish me luck!

Jim,
I have had MCS since 1988, and have upgraded along the way. My latest upgrade was this past July...and it's really not MCS anymore...but Polaroid Digital Solutions. I find that their tech help is not good anymore. I had to call and call and maybe, in about a week, I'd get a call back. When I upgraded this past July I didn't know this was going to be so very different from MCS Forms Warehouse. If I did know, I would have just changed to another product. I'm not crazy about this new Polaroid Digital Solutions product! It's very complicated. Someone on here advised me to go to one of their classes to learn how great the product is. WHAT? Pay for a class? Not me. My next upgrade will be to Alamode.

Charlotte: When I first got ACI I was told it included a free class, but you had to go to Chicago to take it... that was not convenient.

About a year later there was a class being given in Hawaii (don't recall how I found out about it - dumb luck I think) and at the time my daughter was living out there... so I shelled out my$150 (?) for the class in a hurry.

I found the class to be highly useful, I learned tons, and provably earned every dollar back within a week in terms of improving my efficiency.

You may wish to rethink your position on this matter: find a class being given someplace you WANT to go and attend.

As an old MCS user I kicked and screamed about learning something new, but now that I am used to it, wouldnt go back (most days). All the programs have glitches and issues. I kicked and screamed about having to learn new routines. It is a pretty good program when you learn how to use it.

Regards!
