I am considering exploring other options (currently using TOTAL) and I hear some good things about Aivre. It's expensive ($2000-3000 per year) but it claims to cut down reporting time by 82% and provide a lot of tools that other software providers do not.

I am hoping anyone using it can give me their honest opinion. Thanks in advance!

I signed up for Ultra but haven't had time to test drive it yet. They are active on YouTube, their channel has a bunch of tutorials and they have participated in several seminars that are posted to YouTube.

The time savings is if you use all of their widgets. Another thing to consider is what to do about non 3.6 appraisals. You would have to maintain another subscription from a different provider

That was a question I had.... so you can't complete non 3.6 on Aivre? That's a big NO THANKS then.

AIVRE has announced a GPAR option. As I understand it, they have a non-UAD 3.6 option. What they do not have is a UAD 2.6 option.

Reports I have seen from appraisers trying to use AIVRE are that the AI doesn't work well, ranging from the automated data entry requiring extensive review and revision and the trend analysis not working at all. I haven't heard where the development of their mobile app is lately. Last I saw, it didn't exist.

There is no need for appraisal software for non-UAD reports. With Claude or other LLMs, it takes 10 minutes to build your own custom report template in word, which will allow you to be faster, and have more consumer/reader friendly reports than a GPAR.

They teamed up with NAR. There was a big seminar about 3.6 for the realtors put on by Aivre, I missed as a realtor yesterday..
