Is anyone using send out cards to create new relationships with potential clients? Just wondering what your doing and how its working?

I never have... BTW, what's a sendout card?

If you want an easy way to market, for business. Do what I started doing about 6 weeks ago. Every piece of mail I get at home from any company who is looking to refi my home and believe me not a week goes by that I do not get at least one. I print out a letter back to them thanking them for their interest in my home, however I am not in the market at this time. However I am a Appraiser... then I sell myself. Not getting rich as of yet, though I have received 4 orders for 2 new clients and found they must market by zip. 2 of the 4 are within 5 blocks of my home.. With high gas prices you have to love it. Now getting my friends and relatives to giving me any mailing they get. I have No idea why I did not do this years ago.

Dan go onto some of the "Tell me my house value" sites that require you to sign in. When the spam offerings begin from the mortgage folks, you can do your spin the bottle game on them.

My husband and I both use SendOutCards for our businesses, and I use it for personal use too. Very easy once you get all contacts and addresses set up. I have not been mailing campaigns recently to possible Clients due to the current market climate; I feel it would be a waste of money. The SendOutCards business is set up like a Mary Kay business, but you can also get into it and use it without having to sell it. Could be a good side money producer.
