You should listen closely to what the PM said. Some code was in there. You just have to listen.
They spoke politically correct in not directly aggravating our adversaries as politicians know how to speak. Message was clear though.

:ROFLMAO: The rich will push everyone else in to a single neighborhood, where they can be more easily controlled.
I worked in Steamboat many years ago and orthopedic doctors spent winters in Steamboat because they could play and had plenty of business during ski season. The nurses, OTOH, were year around and even then (1980) they would rent a house with 5 or 6 girls sharing, but in summer, they could get an apartment at the condo, maid service and all for $400 a month. Now those same condos rent for $500 a night in SUMMER...and triple that or more in winter. So, the nurses have to drive from other towns nearby or live in RVs. So they drive 60 miles to work on icy roads... and as a result some of the nurses are native Canadians who are used to driving on crappy slick roads. My 'neighbors' in the condo working that summer of 80, were also Canadian, remember them well. Danielle and Angelia - real cuties and party hardy chicks.

The last time I was in Steamboat and north at Clark, the ranchers were few and far between. But that is going for all the Colorado Rockies. The sheepmen were totally gone. A few lumber guys were still around, and a welder shop would cost you $200 an hour, shade tree mechanics charged $200 an hour as well, and the RV parks were double the price they were 10 years earlier. The local hardware was a classic tourist trap and you didn't go there for supplies you really needed. You ordered them on line and paid for overnight shipping. It was much cheaper.

Fannie Mae Weeds Out "Prohibited or Subjective" Appraisal Language

The intended goal of the policy is to help lenders and appraisers stay safe as it concerns their obligation to comply with fair lending laws and with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), according to the update.

“These statistics highlight the remarkable progress appraisers have made in becoming more objective in their thinking and writing, and in eliminating consideration of protected class,” Fannie Mae stated in the update.

“[T]he feedback received [from these letters] has been mostly positive,” Fannie Mae said. “We congratulate appraisers for adopting new ways of thinking and writing to eliminate unsupported assumptions and consideration of protected class, and we look forward to even more progress in the future.”

congrats on keeping the racists appraisers safe... :rof: :rof: :rof:

AI to Counter Flawed Appraiser Bias Narrative

In reality, appraisers have a great story to tell, but we have a long way to go to refocus the terribly flawed “appraiser bias” narrative onto facts and science.

Last week’s email from Cindy Chance, the CEO of the Appraisal Institute, marks an important and long overdue shift in the organization’s approach to addressing accusations of bias in the appraisal profession. For too long, appraisers have faced sweeping claims that their valuations are biased against certain groups, despite appraisers’ ethical standards, rigorous training, and lack of financial stake in transactions. As Chance acknowledges, the Institute should have done more to advocate for appraisers and make the public aware of their professionalism. This public acknowledgement of an obligation to counter the flawed “appraiser bias” narrative is an encouraging first step. Appraisal organizations like the Appraisal Institute should advocate for appraisers, as advocacy is a key membership benefit. Industry groups should also step up to support appraisers.

How about:

"The sidewalks and streets of the subject's neighborhood are littered with chicken bones, empty Fireball whiskey mini-bottles, broken glass, fast food wrappers and garbage. Shopping carts at the local Walmart are scattered across the parking lot instead of being placed in their return area."

Waaayyyy too late. The damage has already been done. We'll also see the ramifications of these accusations when business starts ramping up again..... it's not going to be slow from here on out. What goes up must go down and vice versa.

and don't forget drug needles, ms-13 graffiti, and rabid stray dogs....

i never saw AI giving any supply and demand lessons for a counter argument...
