I think you should start your own software company. I will buy.

FWIW, I am told we've had some conversation with ACI this past week regarding them hooking up Apex v7. I am further told that they found an issue in our software which was causing an issue during the integration call - something that I have not experienced myself and that do not have the details on yet. I recall that we built in some some extra integration data handling capabilities for them way back in the DOS days, so it may be related to that (maybe we didn't bring it forward, or there is some other a conflict?), but I'll look into it and report here if there are any complications, further delays, etc. As I've mentioned in the past, we have been able to hook up Av7 with ACI products ourselves, but we don't like doing it outside of ACI's knowledge, etc. That said, I take it as good news that they are looking deep and earnestly enough to have found an issue, and I have no doubt that we will find and correct the issue, whatever it takes. Generally speaking, once we know of an issue and can identify the problem, we'll do everything we can to make it work ASAP - usually within 24 - 48 hours, though it is not uncommon for the release of a final product will take longer due to testing and "sign off" from both teams.

Also, we should be releasing info on some new product soon. As is my policy, we will not be using this forum to advertise our software. I am OK responding to questions about it with respect to features/capabilities, technical items, etc. Since I am not involved with marketing things, I'm not really sure how we will make the announcements.

Hope this helps!

Hey Everyone!

It's been a long while since I've posted to this forum. Frankly, I'm surprised my login still worked! I hope all of you are safe and you and your families are doing well (all things considered) in this "new normal" we are all in today.

I wanted to follow up on Randy's comments made at the end of May. Since his post, we have corrected the issue we had with integration and they (ACI) have confirmed that integration is in working order. Our respective teams have been in close contact over the last few weeks to ensure everything is in place so they can move forward with their release schedule.

Some of you have expressed some reservations about upgrading due to potential learning curve(s) involved. Rather than turning this post into an infomercial, we encourage you to take a close look at Apex v7 to learn how we've kept legacy users in mind.

I don't want to get ahead of our friends at ACI by providing any details other than to say, stay tuned for more announcements from ACI.

Stay Safe Everyone!
